We are offering a bedroom with shared common space in a 5 apartment that is two stories with a kitchen, full bath and three bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. All utilities are included [not internet]! There is a living room on the lower level. There is a huge front porch and a two story back porch. The rooms are large with lots of windows. The house sits on a quiet woodsy street a five minute walk to Collegetown. There is free off-street parking and inside access to a washer and dryer in the building. The rent is $690 per month.
